The tree stares at me like a building’s windows.
It is as thin as Slenderman.
It towers over me like I’m an ant.
I stand and look up it.
It looks like an enchanted maze.
A bird tries to land, but bounces off like there is an invisible shield circling it.
The tree is hungry.
A child tries to climb but get’s swallowed whole.
The tree was hungry.
